At our request, Gracenote/Tribune is now sending all DataDirect requests to our servers. Tribune is scheduled to shut down their DataDirect service on Nov 1, 2014. The old DataDirect DNS name may stop working at any time.

Everyone is strongly urged to upgrade their application, modify the hostname in your application, or implement the host file change. If you've already updated your application to use the new services, nothing else is needed.
